We at Ski Depot Sports love Winter Park's Summers as much as we do fresh powder. The weather is amazing, there are great concerts at Hideaway Park (right outside our door) and there are miles and miles of bike trails. The Winter Park Resort and Sol Vista both deliver amazing mountain biking trails for those thrill seekers wanting more than a cruise down the bike path. But we’re not knocking the bike path, there is a great bike path system here in Grand County. The Fraser River trail now goes from old town Winter Park, all the way to Sol Vista! The great news is that Ski Depot is located right off the trail, which makes getting your rentals, riding to one of the many summer concerts or biking over to Sol Vista a breeze.
Ask our staff about the local trails and what type of biking you want to do. But be ready for a lot of info and enthusiasm! Our summer staff has been biking these trails since they had training wheels!
